Demonstration Tips:

1. No username or password are required on the Login screen to enter the application. These are simply sent in to the home office, along with any other fields that are defined on the "Update" screen, when the "Send" button is hit.

2. Be sure to set the "Server" address on the "Configuration" screen to a email address for the "Send" messages to go to. For purposes of demonstration, set that field to the customer's email address, so they can see the messages arrive in their account after they hit the "Send" button.

3. To send a dispatch message to the Timeport dispatch application from an email address, use the message format:

[!A0][D65377]X;Y;Z;

where:

X = Work order id
Y = Title text
Z = Detail text

Note that a semicolon is required at the end of each field, and semicolons are not allowed within any fields.

Sample:
